If I Knew Then What I Know Now (Writing Workshop & Open Mic)

Growth is a journey of discovery, learning, and evolution. Over time, the experiences that once confused, hurt, or overwhelmed us often become the very lessons that shape our wisdom. This is about looking back with compassion, recognizing what we didn’t know then, and honoring the knowledge we now carry. It’s not about regret, it’s about seeing how far we’ve come, and how much stronger, wiser, and more whole we are today because of it. If we could sit with our younger selves, we would offer not judgment, but encouragement, understanding, and love.
